Sato Sushi stands as our cherished sushi haven in the Antelope Valley. Discovering this gem three years ago has been nothing short of a culinary blessing, keeping us captivated with its delectable offerings, impeccable service, and inviting ambiance. Both my wife and kids share my enthusiasm, making it a family favorite. We're particularly fond of the Monster Alaskan and ceviche tostadas, which consistently tantalize our taste buds with their exquisite flavors.

First time here at Sato Sushi .. I came because my friend referred me and it was such a great experience! Jason, our sushi chef, and Joshua, the owner, were both awesome. The vibes are perfect, super chill, and they always made sure we were doing well. Let’s not forget the food !! absolutely amazing!! Definitely coming back. 🍣

First time having sushi since moving to Lancaster, and I was not disappointed. Everything was very fresh and full of flavor. The Ron Burgundy roll is not just beautiful but very tasty. I look forward to coming back.

Visited this place for the first time for take out and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the flavorful rolls. I will definitely be back for the eel , tempura shrimp, and spicy tuna rolls. Wow by far one of the best place in the AV for Sushi. Sato sushi taste so fresh and what I loved is there mix in rolls also very surprised to see cilantro on their rolls but let me tell you it was delicious. I will be coming back for sure and best believe I will tell my friends about Sato sushi.
